Purchasing Information



Due to the handcrafted bespoke nature of our Curio Glass candles, it is possible that the candle you receive will not be exactly the same as what you see on our website.  The colour tones and shapes slightly vary…this is what we love about what we do.  What you receive is a truly unique object of art.  Certain scents may at times be out of stock. If this is the case you will be contacted within 24 hours and offered a refund or the choice of a different scent we have available.

When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2- 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges. 

All postage costs are explained in detail below but please be aware that Curionoir can not be held responsible if a parcel is stolen, lost or damaged after delivery of your purchase to the shipping address. We are only insured up to the point of delivery.



The below is for quantity orders of 1- 4 Curio Glass candles. For larger orders we will email you directly to confirm shipping costs.


All postage is a flat rate of $10 + GST to anywhere in New Zealand.

All orders will be sent within 48hours (no signature required). Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery (exceptions for rural addresses, this may take longer).



We are not currently shipping internationally. We have a range on International Retailers which you can view on our stockist page.


If you live in a remote area you may be charged an additional $35. You will be informed of this charge before you pay online, so don’t worry, there will be no surprises.


You may be requested to pay import duties, customs and sale taxes. Please check the policies relating to your country.


Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.



Major credit cards and PayPal are the preferred methods for online transactions.



Our returns and exchange policy is only applicable to products purchased from the Curionoir online store. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept change of mind returns with fragrance.

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 7 days. Please allow 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund the cost of returning products to us. Please make sure sufficient care is taken in protecting the items during the return as we will not be able to refund items received broken.

2. All items must be returned unused, unaltered and in the original packaging.

3. You must advise us (info@curionoir.com) within 7 days of receiving your order prior to returning your item.

4. Exchanges are subject to product availability however we will always do our best to accommodate you. We will cover the cost of sending the new item to you but the shipping of the goods back to us will be paid by you.
