TERMS & CONDITIONS

Due to the handcrafted bespoke nature of our Curio Glass candles, it is possible that the candle you receive will not be exactly the same as what you see on our website.  The colour tones and shapes slightly vary…this is what we love about what we do.  What you receive is a truly unique object of art.  Certain scents may at times be out of stock. If this is the case you will be contacted within 24 hours and offered a refund or the choice of a different scent we have available.

When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2- 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges. 

All postage costs are explained in detail below but please be aware that Curio Noir can not be held responsible if a parcel is stolen, lost or damaged after delivery of your purchase to the shipping address. We are only insured up to the point of delivery.

 

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

The below is for quantity orders of 1-4 Curio Glass candles. For larger orders we will email you directly to confirm shipping costs.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

All postage is a flat rate of $10 + GST to anywhere in New Zealand.

All orders will be sent within 48hours via Walker Logistics (no signature required). Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery (exceptions for rural addresses, this may take longer).

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Flat rate of NZ$35 to anywhere in Australia.

All orders will be sent within 48hours via DHL. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from shipment date (exceptions for rural addresses, which may take longer).

REST OF WORLD ORDERS

Flat rate of NZ$45 for all international orders (excluding New Zealand and Australia - see above).

All orders will be sent within 48hours via DHL. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from shipment date (exceptions for rural addresses, which may take longer).

REMOTE AREAS

If you live in a remote area you may be charged an additional $35. You will be informed of this charge before you pay online, so don’t worry, there will be no surprises. DUTY & TAXES

Curio Noir want to ensure your candle reaches you with no stress or hold ups. All our products are shipped with the Duty PAID by Curio Noir. Your order will be delivered to the address supplied and should not be held up in customs. Nor should there be any additional costs at customs. Policies may vary by country so please check with your customs office if you are unsure.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

PAYMENT

We only accept payment from Paypal accounts. PayPal is the preferred way to pay online due to its safety and speed. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment details are never shared on the internet. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our returns and exchange policy is only applicable to products purchased from the Curio Noir online store.

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 7 days. Please allow 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund the cost of returning products to us. Please make sure sufficient care is taken in protecting the items during the return as we will not be able to refund items received broken.

2. All items must be returned unused, unaltered and in the original packaging.

3. You must advise us (info@curionoir.com) within 7 days of receiving your order prior to returning your item.

4. Exchanges are subject to product availability however we will always do our best to accommodate you. We will cover the cost of sending the new item to you but the shipping of the goods back to us will be paid by you.
